Day Boarding

There are times when even dog lovers need some time alone, without their ever-present shadow tagging along trying to “help”. Whether it be painting or repairs at home; hosting an event or party or just a long “TO-DO” list, Day Boarding can be the solution for many pet parents.

Some dogs do not do well at home unsupervised.They may have trouble holding their bladder or bowels for long periods of time; or they get bored, which can lead to destructive behavior. Day Care is an excellent way to deal with these situations, but for dogs that are not social, not neutered or just “don’t play well with others”  we offer Day Boarding. 

Hickory Pet Inn’s Day Boarding allows your dog to be a guest for the day in one of our indoor/outdoor climate controlled runs. Drop them off in the morning on your way to work or errands, and pick them up on the way home. They will be safe and so will your furniture!
