BASIC SHAMPOOS
ALLERGROOM: This is a moisturizing, soap-free shampoo. It is a hypo-allergenic formula for cats and dogs.

EPI-SOOTHE: This is a soap-free, oatmeal shampoo. This is a soothing shampoo that can help with mild itching.
MYCODEX PEARLESCENT SHAMPOO: This is a good shampoo for cleansing and hair manageability. It can be used for dogs and cats.

MOISTURIZING
EPI-SOOTHE: This is a soap free oatmeal-based shampoo. It is used for dogs and cats of any age. EPI-SOOTHE hydrates, soothes and restores. It is available in an 8-oz. bottle from Virbac.

HISTACALM: This shampoo contains diphenhydramine (the active ingredient in Benadryl) and oatmeal. It is used for dogs and cats. HISTACALM gives temporary relief for sensitive skin. It is available in an 8-oz. bottle from Allerderm.

HYDRA-PEARLS: This shampoo contains Novasome moisturizers. It is used for dogs and cats. HYDRA-PEARLS is for normal, dry or sensitive skin. It is available from EVSCO in a 12-oz. bottle.

HUMILAC SPRAY: This is a dry skin spray made from an oil free humectant. This can be used as a spray or after shampoo rinse. It can be used in cats and dogs. It is available from Virbac/Allerderm in 8-oz and 32-oz. bottles.

INSECTICIDAL
LYMEDYP: This is a lime-scented sulfur solution. It is antiseptic and keratolytic for cats and dogs. It may stain light colored fur. Use in scabies treatment. This product is available from DVM Pharmaceuticals in a 12-oz. bottle.

SYNERKYL: This is a shampoo used to kill fleas and ticks on cats and dogs. This product also contains an oatmeal conditioner. This helps soothe dry skin often associated with flea products. It contains permethrin and pyrethrins. It is available from DVM Pharmaceuticals.

ECTO-SOOTHE 3X: This product kills fleas, ticks and lice on dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. It is an oatmeal pesticidal shampoo that contains pyrethrins. It is available from Virbac/Allerderm in 8-oz and 32-oz. bottles.

ECTO-SOOTHE CARBARYL: This product kills fleas, ticks and lice on dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. It contains 0.50% Carbaryl. It is available from Virbac/Allerderm in 8-oz. and 32-oz. bottles.

DUOCIDE SHAMPOO: This product kills fleas on cats and dogs, and brown ticks on dogs. It contains D-trans allerthin and sumithrin. It is available from Allerderm in 6-oz. bottles.

SEBORRHEA OLEOSA (oily skin with flakes)
SEBALYT: This is an all-purpose anti-seborrheic shampoo for cats and dogs. This product contains sulfur, salicylic acid, and triclosan. It is available from DVM Pharmaceuticals in a 6-oz. bottle.

T-LUX SHAMPOO: This product aids in removing crust, scale and excessive oil from a dog's coat and skin. T-Lux contains tar, salicylic acid and sulfur. This cannot be used in cats!! This product is available from Virbac/Allerderm in an 8-oz. bottle.

LYTAR: This is an anti-seborrheic, anti-septic, and anti-pruritic shampoo for dogs only. This is a good degreaser, and contains 3% coal tar. It is available from DVM Pharmaceuticals in a 6-oz. bottle.

SULFOXYDEX: This product is a strong anti-microbial, anti-seborrheic, soap-free shampoo. This product can be used on cats and dogs. It contains benzoyl peroxide and sulfur. It is available from DVM Pharmaceuticals in 8-oz. and 12-oz. bottles.

ALLERSEB-T: This is an antiseptic dog shampoo for removing scales, crust, and excess skin oil. It has a fresh fragrance. It is available from Virbac/Allerderm in 8-oz. bottles. (This product does not contain wood tars)

OXYDEX SHAMPOO: This product helps with seborrhea. It contains benzoyl peroxide. It is available through DVM Pharmaceuticals.
