If a problem should arise while your pet is a guest at our facility, our kennel attendants will bring it to the attention of a veterinarian at Hickory Veterinary Hospital. The veterinarian will examine your pet and notify you of the problem. Your pet will then be treated appropriately at your direction. It is essential that you provide an emergency telephone number, just in case something unexpected happens while your pet is here.
